Dream Job Competition

My job was a Whale Food Factory Worker.

I had to turn on the machine on a certain time, and move the food to the right place. If i did something wrong it will break the cycle and we have to reboot everything and start over. I have to work for 8 hours a day.

Athletics

My favourite sport was throwing because i like using my arms a lot. My goal for athletics is throw more further and use more techniques on other sports as well.

School Pool debate

I think we should keep it because we don't want anyone to drown in beaches, if we replace the pool to another room or library and there was a storm the trees fell down on it and broke. It is worth it and its free.

Fruit Kebabs

We had a treat on Friday and it was Fruit Kebabs! We had to cut some fruit and stab the sliced fruit onto the Kebab stick. I enjoyed the chocolate and eating it.

Habitat Boxes

A Habitat Box is a shoebox of a animal's habitat. My Habitat Box shows the Cape Buffalo's Habitat. It has it's sleeping place, a tree, pond etc. One part was the hardest is the ground because the ground was made out of tissues and it was very hard to glue in because it rips. I'm proud about the buffalo because I have no idea how to make a cape buffalo.

Production 2015

On Wednesday and Thursday we had our Production. I was in the Filipino group, I had to sing and hold the material for the puppets. One thing i enjoyed about the production is the Chinese Dragon because of the design of it. There is another thing i liked about the production and that is the kiwi kids song because almost everybody had to go to the stage. I can improve by singing louder to the audience so they can hear me. I liked the Scottish the most because the fish and chips and the animals.

Friendship Boxes

In room 14 we made Friendship Boxes. Friendship Boxes are mailboxes, but instead we got notes of what you did good in class. To make it we got some paper that we folded into a Friendship Box. We got emoji stickers, Pom Pom , pipe cleaners, etc. This term the Friendship Boxes are for storage for our Friendship Notes. The purpose is for people that are good. I found tricky was the folding part and glue part.

Seven Sharp Interview

Seven Sharp is coming to Room 14 about our book from last year from Doug Wilson and ask a few questions and question Doug as well.
The author of our book is Doug Wilson and he made Snake Haven, Tom Hassler and the Whale Killers, Razor Sharp Granopitrix.
The title of our book is Don't Mess with these Kids!
Our book is about us going on camp but the bus did not come and the government messing with us.

I am looking forward to be in a television because I want to be more famous.

Axell's Trirama

Room 14's Field of remembrance.

We made crosses of the people who died at World War One.
We made this out of 2 pieces of wood you have a long piece of wood and a short one. We put the double side tape on the top of the long piece and peel the tape. Then we put the short piece of wood on top. Then we put the silver fern and poppy sticker on the top and the sticker of the person who died on top of the short wood.
We made this because to remember the people who died in the war.
We can find this at Vardon near the Flag pole of New Zealand.

Tabliods

Week 3 Term 1 on Friday there was a event Tabliods. Tabliods is a event of sports and I loved it. My favourite event is Parachute I liked it because you get to go inside the parachute and play with a soccer ball. The hardest event I found hard is the bean bag throw because you dont know how far you are gonna throw. The last event was Tug of war I was in the tug of war group it was fun and I end my day with icecream.
